Due to the trade winds, the temperature in summer are very pleasant and nothing the heat on the Spanish mainland. The island's most beautiful and longest sandy beach stretches for more than 1,5 km and invites you to swim, walk and relax all year around. The house is a standalone building situated between the fishing harbour and marina of Tazacorte and the small village Puerto de Tazacorte. The apartment building has an elevator and barrier-free access.
